NON-RETURNABLE / FINAL SALE

  • Due to the nature, delicate craftsmanship and uniqueness of my artworks and as an independent artist/designer, I am unable to accept returns, exchanges or process refunds on any items sold. All sales are final.
  • I encourage customers to email me with any questions or requests and to carefully review dimensions and artwork descriptions before completing a purchase.

SHIPPING DAMAGE / LIABILITY

  • I cannot assume liability for the handling practices of third-party shipping carriers. Every artwork is carefully packaged to ensure safe transit, however I am not responsible for any damage or delays that occur during shipping.
  • Responsibility lies with the carrier and any claims for damage must be taken up directly with the delivery service.
